Promotion are moderate, 5-7% yearly.

...ers though, but in terms of learning their are hardly and module based learning. 2nd Saturday working, and if you work some more hours there is no compensation. Office Infra are old fashioned, table tennis rackets are not replaced, no proper way of atleast team bonding.

the environment here is a bit different. There is no preference for learning new things while working. Ex.SAP No help from HR. and they are avoiding staff phon call also no any visit to Store

Only in pen paper it's 8 hour duty but it's really 13+ duty hour,you can't manage work or life, no training for skill development, in short everything is fine but senior management team are too rough and unprofessional talking,
