... Job satisfaction is very poor and will not able to manage work life balance. In a nutshell, apart from salary nothing is good at stanvac.

No structures in hierarchy, unpredictable policy changes, excellent monetary benefits, suprise salary cuts, worst tour expenses policy

Lot of interference by MD, unethical sales promotion being promoted, no technical support

... myopic company.. all MD wants sales people to work as commission agent person.. your monthly salary is directly proportional to your monthly target.. no KPIs .. no HR.. only LALA ... No job security at all... I salute to those who are working there... Irrespective of their designations.

As an honesty reviewer of LaLa company, I must express my concern. The management particularly the MD and his wife, have exhibited a lack of professionalism. The MD’s wife frequently disparaging the team, and the MD, often acting as her subordinate, pressures employees into resigning the work environment highly unsatisfactory. I strongly advise against joining this LaLa Dukan as it may negatively impact your career and well being.
