... good to work with and the management truely cares on the employee well being . Highlighting the HR team who works well and do the prompt documentation , prompt salary on date and employee engagement activities . Another Highlight is the Crech facility for the employees kids . 5/5 rating can be given in all aspects .

I am not satisfied with working in Stanley why because so many partiality and politics are happening there but salary is within a time

I started my journey with Stanley Lifestyles as graduate engineer trainee (GET), And it has been an incredible five years of growth and learning. Today, I am proud to serve as the main software implementer for the Stanley cabinetry division. This journey wouldn't been possible without the guidance and support of some exceptional mentors who have been the backbone of my growth. A heartfelt thanks to Sharath Sir, Rohith Sir and Rakesh Sir for their constant encouragement, insights, and belief in my potential. The company's supportive environment, emphasis on professional development, and opportunities to take on challenging projects have been instrumental in shaping my career. The team is collaborative, and the management genuinely value employee contributions. If you're looking for a place to grow, be challenged, and make a difference, Stanley lifestyles is the perfect platform. I'm truly grateful for this rewarding Experience and look forward to continuing my journey here.

There are couple of areas where I believe improvements could enhance the employee experience. for Instance, washrooms for our division are located quite far, Which can be inconvenient at times. Additionally the canteen food could use more variety and better quality.

Everything when i joined at Stanley as an executive got great industry experience with team and its like a family member and also the company in reached to next level now.
