The work culture is at the forefront of running an organisation. It is good for nothing as employees are mostly spending time outside. However, there is a small team working hard to provide scholarships that dedicated students deserve.

Dislikes

Ignorance of a manager is a strong sign of weak management. Manager is mostly unavailable which is against the criteria of training a new employee in an office. Also, TL who comes late most often, is made to sit at another corner in a small office full of sales team. You are hardly made to focus on research as it is a time consuming task requiring undivided attention. Initially there was no focus on training setting up unrealistic targets for a new employee. They didn’t count on the important research they wouldn’t have before.
