They want result from Day 1 of your joining , They share their customer list and want you to get the orders from that time. They don't go for training of products, they just want you to travel . First company which does not have any policy for anything , No sales CRM , No TA DATA policy , No Data , Nothing , No holiday list . HR himself does not have any idea . People leave this organization in First week only as they will pressurize you to travel all around India in a week only but nothing is told regarding TA DA. The owners will call you so much that you will probably think working on commission basis rather than working full-time. Every week there is a hiring but they dont give time to candidates and pressurise in 3 -4 days so much that no one comes after a week. No respect for old employees
