...uch i learnt which will enhance my skills. 3.Work Life Balance- Not so good. 4.Compensation & Benefits- Compensation is Ok, Benefits nothing you can expect. NO PF, or employee will get any facility. 5. Company Culture- There no exits of mutual, friendly, good going working culture. 6. Job security- You can be terminated, at any time they feel, They dont even speak to you, as on to why they terminated & any reasons for it.They will call you, and say your notice period starts now. 7. Career growth & opportunities- No growth i found 8.Work satisfaction- I used travel over 20 kms for this location through metro, by making all the effort of travelling, & presenting good skills towards my work. They were not used show satisfication, They just try find mistakes. Over all I would say, they utilized my skills for there requirement, never gave me positive feedback about my working, final no satisfactions for me. This my only job till now, where i have just gone through negativity in professional life I had.

...rtment. Change rules whenever they want. Don't serve meal properly to students. some teacher's salary is less than 4th grade staff. This is all about making money. Never join this Institute otherwise you'll gonna regret forever.

No job security at all. Without intimation they will terminate teachers for no reason or silly reason. The management will not support any employees.

Dislikes

The will not interact with teachers directly. They will not try to understand teachers' problems and they also not identify hard work of every teacher.
