There are many things, which is faced personally. I worked as Office Admin, directly used interact with Management, this my experience counted as interacting with Management. 1.Over All experience- Terrible. 2.Skill Development/ Learning- No productivity i gained, means nothing much i learnt which will enhance my skills. 3.Work Life Balance- Not so good. 4<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.Compensation & Benefits- Compensation is Ok, Benefits nothing you can expect</mark>. NO PF, or employee will get any facility. 5. Company Culture- There no exits of mutual, friendly, good going working culture. 6. Job security- You can be terminated, at any time they feel, They dont even speak to you, as on to why they terminated & any reasons for it.They will call you, and say your notice period starts now. 7. Career growth & opportunities- No growth i found 8.Work satisfaction- I used travel over 20 kms for this location through metro, by making all the effort of travelling, & presenting good skills towards my work. They were not used show satisfication, They just try find mistakes. Over all I would say, they utilized my skills for there requirement, never gave me positive feedback about my working, final no satisfactions for me. This is about Standard Public School Indore. Don't join this institution. This is the worst institution I have worked with. It has horrible never ending working hours, autocratic leadership and worst management. They treat teachers worst than labors. Moreover, there is no growth or development, neither personally nor professionally. The Principal and admins are ruthless dictators and they treat teachers as bonded labors. Principal is too much horrible person, he insults his staff on daily basis and sometimes he make fun of teachers too in very bad manner in front of everyone. Sometimes he torcher students too when they can't performed well in some well known competitions and scold them in worst language. No management in any department. Change rules whenever they want. Don't serve meal properly to students<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. some teacher's salary is less than 4th grade staff</mark>. This is all about making money.
