I got a job

I received an offer letter from standard chartered. Which is a great step for me to start as an investment banker. However i don't know the pathway. I wanna reach the top level in investment banking. Any suggestions on that, and what are the key points i should remember while learning. And lastly my ctc is 3.4 LPA What can I do to make it 9 LPA in next 3 years

1. Good work culture and good colleagues but depends on projects 2. Variable pay is good but hike is not great 3. Work life balance is good/bad based on projects. I had great work life balance, team culture, and colleagues one 1 project but horrible team, culture and manager in another.

I liked the relaxed environment. They really invest in the interns and make sure we're properly exposed to a lot of different projects and people in the company. Work culture is nice.

...e is otherwise then you are forced to resign even after you are performing best. Salary is below market standard and zero hike even after slogging for one year. The reason they give is your salary is above market standards.

Teamates doesnt help freshers they stay in their world only. No Appraisals and salary not competitive No work from home in these terrible situation . they want you to come to your base location but dont want you to come to office.
