My experience with Stamp IT was fairly average, especially as a newcomer in the field. While the platform provided a foundational opportunity, it lacked distinctive features that would make it particularly engaging or noteworthy. Overall, it did not offer the level of support or innovation that I had hoped for.

Dislikes

The work environment at the organization is challenging, characterized by significant internal politics. CEO, including department heads and HR, appears to lack effective management. Unfortunately, job security is a concern; I was dismissed despite my strong performance, which seemed to overshadow longer-tenured colleagues. Additionally, internal issues contribute to a difficult atmosphere. As a fresher, I had high expectations for my first role, but the experience did not meet those expectations.
