No positive point. everything is worst here. Cons: Worst company to work for as Senior Field Engineer. you are considered as a animal rather than a human being. Advice to Management Shut down the company if you don't know how to behave to your employees.

...very poor management. 3. Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay. 4. Salary delay of more than 2 months Older employees bullies. No vision and mission. You have to not the management for your stability. No motivation from the management. Its a fraud company having the operations in India. 5. No Pf will be Provided. 6. No ESI will be Provided. 7. Daily work(Filed work). 8. No safety. 9. Always climb on the Tower &check Machinary. 10. Any time,any moment, company will be Terminate you in any reason so,don't work here it's my suggestion. ----ADVICE---- 1- Please create an environment where employees can work. Also please stop making people fool and try to respect them who are putting their efforts to generate revenue and earned new projects for you. “Worst Company, Worst HR, Worst Management ”
