Worst company. Don't join this company

Dislikes

1) No leaves (sick leave also not allowed) till 6 month. 2) Mobile phones are not allowed 3)Very strict timings if you late by 1 minute half day salary will be deducted. They will not listen to u and deduct your salary. 4) No flexibility of timing. 5) Poor appraisal and hr policies. 6) Very high attrition rate 7) Very rigid and poor mentality of management. 8)Asking original marksheet/ degree certificates or signed cheque for the purpose of bond and this is mandatory 9)Not proper infrastructure Poor ,unprofessional and arrogant approach 10) if you want to join or work @unit 2 (changodar) during rainy season. please arrange tracter for traveling as there is a huge watter logging (around 2-3 feets) in rainy season and that too for very long. 11) and lastly if you are tea or coffee lover you have to bear the cost of it as the company is offering very limited tea in a very very very small cup and that too from road side chaiwala in typical (bags/theli) 12)No pantry / refrigerator 13) People are absconding after joining within a 2-3 days.

Work culture this word would be new for this company. Company is full off politics and that management meeting i would say they only do meetings twice in a week full day for this reason at the end no work meet the deadline. No teams ,poor communication inside the company.Lots of politics I have never seen such kind of atmosphere. Worst part of this company is HR. I want to give zero rating. Owners of the company are good. They are positive and valued persons never allow any non compliance. If they will change HR and incorporate Admin that situation will get changed.Other wise they can not get employees.

HR Team of this company is worst part. Every single day they change the policy.

The leaning is very good. Technical director will involve in each issue and guide to concern to resolve the issue. Also trained them for his personal and professional growth. Share there experience and guide.

I am working of the validation, than Tablets, capsule, Process validation Batches- protocol and report, Hold time study protocol and report,but temperature mapping, equipment Qualifications-AF90, Blisters packing machine.

Quality Control, QMS, Microbiology Department.

This is good compony as in security, culture but There is somewhat partiality in follow rules and can't given justice in increment and doesn't give beneficiary as per employee's requirement especially in notice period thai is 3 month for officer level.
