...leaves are allowed under any circumstances (including sick leave) till 6 months. (Also these unutilised leaves will never credited, so no encashment) If you late by 1 minute they deduct your half salary and not listen to you under any circumstances. No flexibility of timings 2) Very Rigid and poor mentality of management 3) No Oven/Pantry / Refrigerator 4) Poor Infrastructure 5) Very Poor and Arrogant approach of Management 6) Very High attrition rate 7) Provide leaves only after 6 month on daily (not on monthly ) pro rata basis. 8) Asking original marksheet/ certificates or signed blank cheques after joining and this is mandatory for all. 9) Serves roadside tea in a very very very small cup like employees are road side beggar. 10) Treating employees like a slave and road side beggar 11) Biased behaviour based on cast and gender 12) Salary date is of 7th of next month. 13) HR with no eyes and ears 14) If you would like to join Unit 2 (changodar) pl. Arrange tracter for yourself for traveling as there is huge water logging(around 2-3 feets ) in rainy season. also treat your self for fasting as there is NO inhouse canteen facility ( light foods /tea/coffe/ nasta) at plant. 15) No mediclaim facility for family of employee. 16) No term insurance for employee or his family 17) Delayed offering of salaryslip,appointment and confirmation letters. 18) Making false commitments at the time of interview that we will increase your salary after 6 months (big trap) and after 6 months they deny based on the performance. 19) No trust , respect and faith in employees 20) Dining area @HO is so unhygienic and dusty,full with pipe of scrap, broken furnitures and with open toilet with broken doors.

...at you give to the organization owner's nature is magnificent in that he never asks any good employee to leave and salary is also on time If you want to learn and grow this is the best company they are also providing 1 hour early going on Head office and 2 hours early going on Plant also if you have any urgent work they permit you to go out for some times and they provide a good culture as well to work and develop your skills company checks your skills and they transfer you in another department accordingly

timings are really strict for in and out punch as well for lunch also

The workload can be challenging at times, and there's room for improvement in career growth, but overall, it was a good learning experience.

The leaning is very good. Technical director will involve in each issue and guide to concern to resolve the issue. Also trained them for his personal and professional growth. Share there experience and guide.

I am working of the validation, than Tablets, capsule, Process validation Batches- protocol and report, Hold time study protocol and report,but temperature mapping, equipment Qualifications-AF90, Blisters packing machine.

Quality Control, QMS, Microbiology Department.
