Stallion group keeps salary payments pending for more than 10 months and then after 10 months, only one month's salary may get paid. The company has indulged into loss making business and the owner just keeps running the activities without paying salaries.

Dislikes

The group has a egocentric bluffing Finance team - the company mismanages every aspect of business - Tax, Accounting, Audit and banking. The employees that stick to the company are absolute useless and not suitable to get recruited in any other decent organization.

For people who do not wish to work, this company is good, since there is complete absence of strategic management

Salary payments are delayed over 9 to 10 months. The group CFO takes his benefits and ensure that all others are kept in dark about the fiscal doom.

The company is more i interested in trading business, always looks to innovate news ideas to make avail affordable products to consumers. Very strong backward integration of all products. rooted to village. Down to earth approach appreciated by stakeholders. Happy to work in stallion. Work life balance is very good.

compensation is average, Growth is slow.things moves here very slow. increments has not been consistent since long. a lot of people are un happy.

Low salary, senior manager not supportive, differnce between lower executive and mid manager is like burj khalifa, south indian groupism too much- all benifits are reserved for them as they compared to Harvard graduates there. Also 25 prcnt of your salary will be held by the company because of too much stealing there earlier.
