I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

...nagement is transparent.There is a huge cafeterua and gaming arcade for chlling.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address oir issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a band of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees

I work in NICU at vinayak hospital Nawalgarh(jhunjhunu)Rajasthan and my work in critical care to give the neonate and pediatrics intensive care, all types of neonate admit in my nicu unit like Birth aspaxia, low birth baby, respiratory distress and other mal abnormalities work is suction of the neonate by suction machine, medication , oxygen therapy, phototherapy to give the jaundice baby, lungs weakness (Lungs surfactant to keep the neonate) other types of disease .
