... so many employees Absecon from that place rather than putting in proper notice. I thought of resigning and hence i sent the resignation mail and they stopped my salary and are not giving me my relieving letter. Its already been almost 2 months and they are completely ignoring all my calls and msgs from past 2 months. I wont dare to go to the office and talk because i saw an old employee do that she took her parents to talk to the boss and the bosses were so disrespectful towards her parents and infront of the whole staff they said that these are just cheap people, we should not waste our time on such type of useless person. That girl was crying while leaving the office and the parents were insulted to the core. If you want to leave the proper way then they wont give you your relieving letter or the money. Also the boss invade your personal space as i have proof where the boss himself said that i purposely leave my phone in different areas in office in big groups so that i can listen to everything everyone is talking about. He turns on recording, keeps the phone in the room and leaves and after sometime he comes back and goes to his cabin to listen what everyone was talking about. Also if you dress up too nicely they'll say things like instead of putting time in getting ready and putting on makeup just focus on work even when you did get ready from your home itself. The admin team judges for what you wear, how you talk, how you behave and everything and gossips about it while making fun of you on your own face. It'll feel like you are surrounded by judgemental aunties who constantly keep gossiping about you. Not at all a good place to work. Would not recommend!
