There is no job security for higher managers as it depends on how can you satisfy the ego of the employer. Work culture is not encouraging and environment is toxic.

Dislikes

Verbal misbehaviour, no career prospect. Poor desire to grow. Resist employees to grow, No proper marketing strategy to follow. Conservative attitude towards employees.
