Dislikes

No office culture, no events,no outings, One can be easily be terminated without warnings. they are from hospitality industry so anything major happens in world will impact your salaries in 2 months. NZ office has 5 days working while IND office have 6 days working. every manager in company doing politics and as usual HR is lean towards management. Threatening employees if they post bad on social media, company will give negative feed back if future employer ask for references.
