...e. and they say if u know elevators are like this then u should come 1 hr early. salary doent come on time. never going there to work again

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent out career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...m is the one of the best team in the St.Regis. We have training on daily basis . Salary paid to us is good. Hotel landmark is at the center of the city easy to get there . You will get the opportunity to see some thing new every day in the hotel .

Dislikes

There is no proper time management as per the rules and regulations which should be followed. Manager are not particular. And motivation to the work is less. There is no extra facility provided to the employee what we see in other Marriott hotel.

It's a very good brand and good culture. But the politics in the department is very concerning because of which it's difficult for the new joiner to survive . AES done in company is fake . Senior manager in the Housekeeping department, i wouldn't hesitate to mention their name Ms. Chetna Suryawanshi and Surat are very political. They can't teach a single thing to the new joiner but expect them to perform 100% . Also things aren't transparent in the department. EHK and DHK are biased, partial, judgemental and have a very cheap mindset. DHK cannot speak 1 sentence in English. In 1 English sentence he uses 5 Hindi words. If leaders are uneducated how do you expect the associates to be educated?

Politics in housekeeping department. Uneducated and unethical senior managers.

While working at St Regis I had gained More knowledge on Healthy foods which had helped improve my future career. Also I had gained a good way of attitude to interact with the guest.

The Organisation of Hotel was not as per the Operation of the Hotel
