Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Hi, I was being crowned in St.Peter's Model School as a teacher since many years.The same crown is being retained even in this pandemic. nothing special now a days schools are becoming very terrible place as whenever they wish they are just asking teachers to resign it so very heart paining to hear such things from the management after being a part of institution for so many years

Good work environment and the management is very supportive. I am allowed to work from home in this covid-19 situation. Company policies are good. I am very happy to work at st. peters model school.
