...ip between the employee and employer. There is partiality in the institution ...No need to speak of salary bcoz they pay wen they r interested i.e 3 months ,6months etc ,Hike is poor , employees must be back of management to receive their salary ,pf etc though they quit the job ... No security

My collegues were treated like dogs and the management does not pay salary on time .They once every 3months that too only one month salary at a time.Horrible management

Nothing is good in Mira's. No Co-ordination, no system, no understanding among the teachers, only ' blame game'. Worst work culture, can seriously effect the psychology of a new teacher.Disgusting working environment, one has to literally crawl on your fours to be achieving something and that also after work hard recognition is snatched by another colleague.

There is no proper instructions given nor is any instructions given at all.

Nothing to like here. Worst school and worst management. Don't put your children in this school by paying huge amount. All North Indian teachers who does not know anything about the subject. Worst worst teaching
