Working with this organisation is a overall a good experience.It is spread accorss two districts of the state with more than 100 branches.There was a clean work place,with respecting and positive attitude towards the employer,the team and the customers.

Dislikes

To say about the dislikes,there was slow growth in career and also hike in the salary.

One thing was to work on Sundays also. They tell the joiner that only when the year end work like loan recovery, deposit target. And they will start the sunday work from January month last week till April. But one thing is to acheive the given targets and in some branches the co ordination of the staffs and managers are friendly like family but in koppa branch now a days it's like a politician in that office and only partiality of the branch manager towards the one staff and also that manager listen to that staff and behave rude with other staffs.

Dislikes

Management and dm and also the manager are equal to that politicians. Salary is also less.

for outsiders it looks like a big job good boss

...f scams (day by day increasing) heavy pressure greedy for LIC and Manipal card wont give salary of notice periods not releasing security bond many branches are under loss

It was an amazing experience I ever had. We people come across under all sections. From front line to management level. It is totally depends on our effort towards the financial goals. Worked under transparent management and with supportive teammates.

Dislikes

Am not satisfied with the pay scale. Reward for the work so not satisfactory. Because at that time no insensitive are offered for the work. And no other benefits.

Harrasment work..hard work...and mentally disturb this work and most probably problem target Fd and lic policies... This bank not benifit for life time....

All work in bank .... irritation work ..hard work.. daily meeting problem ... daily fd target ...not a recommendation this work ...ok
