Disgusting management and a lot of politics in staffroom. teachers are there just for back bitching . Kisi ki bhi job kha sakte h is school k teachers. Yahan teacher k Calibre or talent ki koi value ni h ...bs koi bhi colleague apki baatein bana sakta h or management bina kisi prior notice k aapko tata bye bye bol dete hain

They pay good amount for the post but if you want to get disturb mentally as well as if you are okay with lack of peace in life then you must go ahead.

Dislikes

Management is non supportive. They only support permanent staff and treat contractual staff as if they aren't a part of the organisation. They will take away peace from your life. Don't even have sense to speak.

Worst management! While seeking admission they demand 3 to 5 lakhs but when the salaries are to be given they want skilled and experienced teachers in just 20 k per month. I could not control my laughter on hearing the same. I was like they do not possess any humanity thus take advantage of the need of the needy people. Shame on such greedy people.

The worst organization I have ever worked with. It does not give you appointment letter or experience certificate. The senior wing incharge scolds you, yells at you, never motivates you. The students are ill-mannered and the teachers are not supposed to take action against them. Rather, they will be suspended even if the students are at fault. The management will never take favor of the teachers. They ask you to submit some money on the name of the fund and will give you pathetic b'day gift and a dry fruit tray on diwali from that fund itself. If you tell them your problem , they will listen to you at first if there is something that they need you for and they will literally insult you and back out from their statements when their work is done. They never appreciates the teachers instead they will threaten you in multiple ways if you take a stand for yourself. I wasted my time working in this school and I regret joining this school.
