Hotel is on prime location.. rest everything was worst

As i was working as an Asst.IT Manager & My Frnd was working as an FOM we both were Full time working but our salary was stopped by Operational Manager (Abhishek panday) the worst senior i have ever worked with. Everyone in the hotel know about him the way he work but no one speak up .. till the time this kind of seniors are in the industry there is no worth to work ..

There is no management. No SOP, no training for junior staff, working environment is very very pathetic. There is so many of cockroach in kitchen, restaurant, food store everywhere. There is no hygiene. It is worst place in the world.
