I liked to hear inspirational and motivational speech from our honorable Director Ms Kiran Banerjee .Her words are so impactful.I am lucky that I have attended her meetings.

Students are quite good and there salary is being credited on time

No work management is there. Completely disorganised atmosphere and no hierarchy is there everyone is blaming one another if any mishappining occurs

...y while working at St.Joseph School. It was well experienced as an asst.teacher. Most probably, I got my salary over there on or before time, which impressed me well.

The main problem was there no leave even if it's important and the proxy classes without asking to teachers are given whether they're free.

There are good teammates, training is provided regularly. Job security depends upon the performance and mood of the management. There is a good work environment.
