Salary is good and it'll be credited on time and sometimes well ahead of the last date of the month.

Dislikes

Promotion policies are main obstacles and there is no growth in terms of carrier. The job doesn't warrant a good teacher but a mere desktop management professional who has skills in providing result data. The place is well known for building stress in your mind. There is no place for new initiatives and innovation.

Placement for UG students, orgnisation of workshops, organisation of conferences and technical events.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Terminate the staff at anytime without giving memo or warnings. The termination would be of some management personnel reason but says the problem with the staff. No job security.
