... principal's message in watsapp everytime first point will be about our safety. Regarding the salary - where as many school teachers are not getting the salary only, but our staff are paid on time every month. Our students and their parents also feel very happy as they were allowed to attend online classes without waiting for the parents to pay the fees. I am very satisfied working here. Even though I have been offered from well paid schools I have never even thought of leaving this job. I always feel this is my 2nd home. I reallly feel very bad for not being coming to school in this pandemic time. I really miss my class, our campus our staff of course our Principal and other Brothers. and These are all possible only in St. Francis instituitions. I 100% feel all thes are possible only with the grace of God and prayers of all good hearted staff and our Seva sadan institutuion Brothers good heart and their commitment and care to their staff and students. Thank you Brothers.

Dislikes

I am working here in St. Francis High school since from 25 yrs. I don't find any major dislike. I have enjoyed here in St. Francis high school. For the sake of saying I would like to say if the teachers are to be told to leave the school for the next academic year, it will be better if they are told in the month of December. Then it will be better for them to see a job else where. It will be better if we have any health insurance for the staff .

I gained experienced very well but their supervisor and colleagues not supportive and school authorities and teachers staff environment was not good

Teachers collegues and supervisor was not good they were not respected in front of students and they were not cooperating teachers even infront of parents they allow to parents can shout and insult on teacher
