Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.The work pressure is not too high but enough. Manager do not value an individuals' unique strengths.

We learned different techniques through which we can innovate new ideas,attended various seminars n webinars which were very effective, we also appeared for periudic tests conducted by our hod to remain ourselves updated wìh our syllabus n d content which we used to teach in our class.w

We worked hard,but according to our effort we were not paid accordingly.

Absolutely nothing as the majority female staff doesn't know how to work. They only know how to do buttering. The authorities are of no use as they don't know how to run a school. Only knows how to blame teachers and also put all the blames on the teachers for their inefficiency.

If I talk about School than yes it gives you overall development of the child. Working environment is too healthy. Special thanks to Ms. Meneka ma'am for her continuous efforts and for her support.
