Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Management is too strict No experience is counted All are one and everyone who is teaching for the same class get same salary irrespective of experience.

We teachers are working on pay cut-off of 30%. A renumeration of the deducted payment is promised. The crisis of covid is still on as all of us are on under pay. Basic survival is the worst situation. However, no one ia responsible for the same. Overcoming the crisis would definitely take time. So, we all believe this as our fate.

Things need to be pre-planned. Uniformity of of assessment and exams are needed. Pay scale must be fixed.

The environment is nice. Students are what kept us going.

Dislikes

...nsistent. The rules are not properly laid out and it changes as per convenience. Huge salary discrepancy for teachers teaching similar subjects. Teachers after their term are not dealt properly. Once their work is done they hardly respect us.
