Job is secure. Once you are permanent then you don't have to think to go anywhere. And the atmosphere is good.

Principals keep changing every 4 or 5 years. Each come with their ways. Staff is expected to dance according to each principal's tune. Staff is not considered for any decision making.

The school has all the facilities. It has big ground.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

The behaviour of the students is worst. They don't allow teachers to teach in the class. Work satisfaction is zero. Worst experience I had with them. Management is afraid to take any action for their indiscipline.
