The institute's work environment is so good and teachers are so helpful. Compensation is average for freshers. Bus and hostel facility is free for faculty only mess fee is there.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high. Maintaining a schedule is not possible as teaching and other syllabus related work should be done simultaneously.

During Lockdown the salary cut down to 50% and it delays upto one and a half month. No system and proper management. No hierarchy. It will be trouble for a hardworking faculty who knows how to work and to whom he has to report.

Dislikes

...candidate who is living far away. No transport facilities to far away faculties. They have to come with their own expense as it creates more burden on individual growth since salary structure is not so high on average salary it ranges from 20000 to 26000. A few faculties will get 30000. No pay scale. No other benefit allowance.

The environment is excellent to learn new skill and improve your skills. all the labs are highly advanced. the computer facilities are too advance. people are here used to talk about innovation ideas in many events which boosts there confidence level and make them learn to work as a team.

Dislikes

Sometime work pressure high. or if you will take your last year balance leave it will laps.
