...and Head of the department have no work ethics amd they are very unprofessional. People who are working there from last few years are very unprofessional Regarding salary all the lies will be spoken and its very poor...college timings are 7:45 am to 3PM and Monday to Saturday which can extend upto anytime. Worst place to work.

Having all of the major faculties like Science, Arts, Commerce, Education and Management, it provides a great learning platform amidst a clean and green environment. Regular campus recruitment drives have produced many students achievers. Co-curricular activities, NCC, NSS, etc. are encouraged and have produced lot of gems. Looking at all this, it's a great place to work, with a rare healthy work culture, transparent feedback system that provides opportunities to teachers for continuous improvement and upscaling. Once you get an experience in working at St. Aloysius college, Jabalpur, you can prove your mettle anywhere in India.

The priests who manage the institutions. One or more lady faculties become very close to any of the priest holding good position. There is lot of favors, politics & secrets with this.
