... they provide many facilities like get together lunch, movies and outdoor fun. And best part is that they don't even deduct salary on late comings and other leave. I must say its a good organization for work and carrier growth.

...y Jo from here I give to company 6 days notice period but company not agree and.say to waiting for CEO decision it like dictatorship for me and then I leave this company and demand my salary so company dent for salary and blame me also for data piracy if anybody trying to here for any job please be careful

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
