I am heading the company. Good team to start with. Less clients right now & so less work load. Confident of getting more clients and work load. Work -life balance is quite good. Can work well beyond office hours at will or take break when it is needed. Getting new clients through referrals is boosting the morale.

Dislikes

The Indian economic slowdown has impacted all the business activities. HR is very critical for any organisation but is considered secondary after finance and production. So installing systems and procedures is always calla later dated as " let us see at a later date". Having worked for large corporates for over 25 years in HR, now helping small mid sized organisations build their systems , procedures etc including designing a HR Manual for them is giving immense satisfaction.
