This company was like a entrance coaching centre for me. No work life balance . The management consider employees as not humans they force us to do overtime work and even on holidays and no salary for that. No kind behaviour from management. No job security at all. So overall my experience was terrible here.

Managements behaviour. And work culture since this company doesn't have a quality of a MNC.

...ir motto) Career Growth: No, you would remain at same position for every year. Salary/ Appraisal: No appraisals, salary sometimes delayed Travel: No T.A. given to employees coming from a far place Politics: Full of politics (Its a fishy place) Work environment: Not more than 5 employees, you might have to sit in the office all alone sometime. Work Life Balance: Never, you may have to work from Home, have to respond to emails and everything at night, if you do not, get abused by the Managing Director. The company will never grow if the attitude towards the employee remains the same and behavior of the Top level Management is at its peak. NEVER EVER JOIN THE COMPANY, ONLY JOIN IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR CAREER.
