...read bad rumors about you in office. HR it self doesn't know rules and policies. They deduct salary making people fool about different rules. No public holidays. Employees are harassed for various reasons like food timing not going out of the office also not seating straight on chairs. They can't talk more to other gender collueges. Outside food not allowed. Eating on desk is not allowed, sitting in canteen is not allowed. All this nonsense is taken care by admin team and it's stupid manager who feels that he is the owner of the company. There is no team activities or any employee engagement programs. 6days working no public holidays off. They don't give ex employee verification. They don't provide I'd cards. Anybody can be thrown as per their mood. It's the worst place to work. Employees working there are already frustrated and looking for change.

Only salary get on time but no satisfaction of work.

Not a good work culture. No one care about employees problem. After achieving targets not any R& R. No leave encashment. If employee worked at festival then not any compensatory holidays.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company one perosn give more work like. Two to three person work one person doing but company not uprising and not increase salary
