Some employees of company Like Mr. Rakesh Kumar from department of (KAM) is very nice and I was very happy with working them.

Dislikes

Some employees from Operations team like Mr. Sunny koul & HR Surbhi are not cooperative and do unnecessary deduction from employees salary and incentive

...ny to achieve goals, worked day n night but what we get a termination letter. They didn't help during lockdown just turn out their face on the name of cost cutting .

Job security is poor... In every 6 months employee were fired on the name of cost cutting

...agement doesn't have vision on their company for at least next six months also. They will hire you and next two month they ask you move due to cost cutting.( I really don't know why they have hired and playing in employees life and future) please don't join this company, if you join then no guarantee on job.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I like the fact that I am a part of the team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes,I have to work 12 to 14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and some times late into the night.Managers do not value an individual' unique strength.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are not good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
