Nothing any specific good things to say about it. It's an average proprietary company. Five day working is there👍

Working culture is not balanced, even weekly off or holiday they wanted to work for the company. A single person to do estimation, offer, tender submission etc. They don't have a team for work.

Worked here for 9 years. The organisation is professional & provide the excellent growth path for every employee, i have received various trainings in my tenure, they have designed good policies regarding employee's welfare

LALA work culture Owner base company, trust zero No authority anyone Don't know which day is your last day I mean job security is zero Keep in mind if you have any loan pls don't join this company otherwise your professional as well as personal life will be destroyed.
