...aunting language. Management just physically and mentally harassed the employee. No salary on time no incentive at all. They only see his profit not employee benefit. No team work. Management hold the salary no bonus , overall very worst company I have experienced, all things related to company is totally fake non genuine

Dislikes

...of politics and management doesn't address our issue. There is no career growth. There is bond of 1 year before you cannot resign if you resign you have to pay your salary , on the job training is not given to new joinees, management play with your emotion, feeling and play diplomatic with you , they create such a environment that you feel to commit a suicide.

Nothing.its not a company,it is just fake company to make foolish the peoples.

Dislikes

When things go wrong, you can see management team gets a lot of blames. Poor pay is mentioned many times. Unreasonable amount of work is also a source of unhappiness. So, if an employee is happy about his/her work environment in general, there is not much focus on pay. Money becomes a big concern when work hours are long and people do not feel the love

Excellent Opportunities to earn, learn & grow. Very hands on Management who ensure employees learn and get exposure. Extremely talented Team.

I have always worked 5 day working weeks, this is the first time i have worked 6 days. Other than this it was a great experience.

Nothing. Location is okay, work culture bad, work life balance worse, management pathetic. They will such your soul till you feel like comminting suiside. Even then they will say you will have to seve notice period forst then die. They have their own advocates just to handle the cases made by employees. That will tell you all about the company.

Dislikes

Everything.... Each and every thing is juat pathetic here... If you are out of job and this is your last hope trust me don't go... Yoh may find a something where you will have a will to live for ... This company fake their salaries ask you to fill unachiavable targets and make unnecessary deductions from your CTC saying this is performance based part and your performance was not upto mark.

One and only thing which I like the most Mr Monish Bhandari ,Executive Director he's resolutely committed towards the future endeavors of SS Medical and each passing days he's adding new feather to his cap.
