No Indian Festival Holidays, You have to apply for diwali leave as well. Very low bonus, Very low pay hike After sometime the work becomes clarifcal. Sometimes may ask you to log in early or work on weekends. Staying logged in for 11 hours a day is a very common thing here.

Worst work culture. Rude behavior of Manager and Director. They show power of there position. HR of this company do not take any action on employees concern. Irresponsible HR. HR only do joining and exit interview.

Good Company as a beginner but very low salary hike and managemennt doesn't seem to be willing to offer good raise to retain talent. They see employees as a replaceable commodity. Competition among colleagues is so intense and work life balance is zero during weekdays.. They have a good leave policy though but rest of the days here are pathetic

Poor Compensation,Too much work pressure and bad worklife balance on weekdays.

Good place to learn alot of things. They handle all work so professionally. Best part was my team members

Work Pressure is too much. Work life balance is just next to impossible. Pay is low. Increments are low. Cost cuttings at next levels. One single person is doing a job of 2-3 people at a time.. So you can imagine the workload. If you are married, your wife will probably ask for divorce. If you are planning to get married, drop your plans as you anyway won't find time to spend with your family.
