- Freedom to suggest different technology for solutions and not stick to a single tech stack, No technological boundaries. - Team outings and success parties. - Agile development practices.

...nes. - No work life balance (pre covid, after covid it has become even worse). - Less Pay compared to the industry. - Not so good cloud architecture, needs improvements. - Hike's and bonuses included as part of CTC.

No work life balance, Saturday Sunday extra working, Average 12 hours work, Micromanagement, Always pressurized situations, All tasks are urgent, Workaholic environment, Leaves get cancelled at last minute even after 1 month before approval , No technical growth, Old technology work

Hybrid ( work from home and office ) options is great.

Pay scale is less as per compared to other companies provide. if company increases the pay scale as per market level than we would be happy and whole heartedly continue journey with company for longer term.

...ious job had the best work culture but appraisals happened once in 2 or 3 years. So, the salary benefits compared to that was very good, at least it happened every year even if it is only 5 to 6 %.

Dislikes

The work can be better if the people are cooperative but no one gives you the complete information about the process literally. People who have been since the inception of the process withhold the information with them and literally there is nothing you can do. You have to learn gradually watching and observing but that really takes time and a lot of effort. There is no work life balance.its pathetic. Literally you have to slog and forget about week days. The processes are so messed up and it leads to stretch without any reason. You have to stretch daily some times 13 to 14 a day. 22 to 12 hrs is just normal here. Management is poor. Nobody really cares about your concerns unless you are an asset to the team and really useful. But still partiallity and biasness exists. You have to be loud about ur work and ready to fight for ur rights or else you ll get nothing. It's not easy to work here. You have to mentally prepared for this. Many people I know have left within few months of joining bcos the pressure is such. Not scaring, but you should be ready to handle that much pressure.
