Here the managers don't listen to the ideas and suggestion of the Employees towards the client query and if Associate have an suggestion. If we agrue on some of the points and try to keep our points then Associate Managers don't listen and try indirectly keep this in mind and at time of appraisal and promotion they give the negative feedback to the Mageres and Director. And also no Bonus are being stops and reason are give like your re not working properly and hardly meets the request and all. And also work for the in morning for 1 hrs and later according to the shift as well. No work life balance.

The very best thing I appreciate about ssnc Globeop is the compensation benefits those are truly amazing. Work culture is also good, management is also very supportive.

The thing which I don’t like about SS&C is working hours. You really have to stretch your work hours for around 14 15 hours stretch. Due to which, sometime it lead to health issues.

Good salary but there is lot of work pressure and regular working hours are 9.5 and can required to stretch further. Multitasking job. Work life balance will depends on team members.

Work pressure and 9.5 work hours is too much and no work life balance hr will not coordinate properly and will not accept calls or reply

Everything included Work pressure no Bonus No OT, only Work load , Over stress which me too much harm your personal life balance even No canteen in office .

...re work as well so ur Target is double, else u'll get single pay for that work.. No overtime but they'll strech ur shift daily 1hr with no Pay. Also Company policies are really complex u'll never found the benefit of employee.
