There is no work life balance . Appraisal and bonus is very bad and it's getting worst day by day. Company share price is also getting worst so no use of esops or share as an award or final additional bonus.

One thing very good about SS&C GlobeOp is that your job is secured. They won't fire you unless you cause a breach. The promotions are also regular. Every 2-3 years you get promoted if you keep giving your best at all times.

Dislikes

The Salary and compensation is not that great. They do not have a good retention policy for great talent. The attrition rate is high.

Work Life is excellent, compensation and bonus are very good. Good performer also gets company shares. Which is really very good.

Can adapt to better technology stack and have better scope for career growth.

...nes. - No work life balance (pre covid, after covid it has become even worse). - Less Pay compared to the industry. - Not so good cloud architecture, needs improvements. - Hike's and bonuses included as part of CTC.
