There is nothing to like about SRV, they harass their employees and recover money from them in the name of short notice.

...anization with or without the notice, they will recover money from the employee. In my case they didn't give me my 18 days salary and on top of that they don't have shame. Employees are forced to do late sitting, work on even Sunday or public holiday. Think wisely before joining.

Nothing as no management for work life balance as well as appraisal and The HOD is not good human ..she torchers everyone. No one can grow individually with knowledge because HOD

There are lot opportunities to learn new skills and prove ourself, directors are very knowledgeable and respectful, as it is new company there is a lot of owners involvement in everything we do, and sometimes management team feels that they are not valued to their designations.
