Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! 1.Lethargic behaviour from management. 2.No value of commitments from management, you have to get everything on mail. 3. If you know blame game, you can survive. 4. You will be on your own.

If you are having good relationship with manager level or TL level you will get fast good incriment and if you don't follow there footpath they will just give you little increment

Dislikes

Management level is not good.if you follow heriercy to grow then TL will demotivate you he will just want there personal member to grow even if she or he is fresher and if you are 4 year experience in same company they will not make you grow they will grow there personal member only.if you done any escalation mail also they don't take any action also
