It is not a school . Principal is only Bother about her own profit and parties should never thought for teachers benefit and the students benefit was only concerned for how much She is earning.

There are lots of parties in the school. Which disturbs the Concentration of the students.

Taking IB to the remote place like Rasipuram and promoting IB to them

The management is partial. Dignity is taken for granted. The leadership team keeps changing which leaves a facilitators do the same thing in different ways. No time for self.

It was good working here, principal is good n friendly. Importance to knowledge n latest technology. Vry care n concer towards the children. Parents are treated vry well.. Another plus point is too many celebrations good lunch..

No job security, career growth is impossible..

The Institution helps you work independently and allows to innovate . Lots of Workshops given which helped me to develop my skills and lots of information in different methodology helped me in my teaching aspects and other criteria.

Dislikes

SSB always had one draw back in planning, it's always in the last moment. Sudden changes no prior intimations for preparation No much recognition for your Hard work and efforts put in. No much hike in Remuneration.

Likes

Good settlement and overall preefection job in that part of the city which inspite being far off from residential area provided good transportation service and I too easily performed and learned to teach two subjects chemistry as well as biology.

Dislikes

At times during conversation with parents who used to communicate only in Kannada and not in English.
