HR manager Ajit Saxena Sabotage by the established doctors, management is puppet in their hands. The incentives of surgery major share to HOD not the doctor who performs surgeries, if husband resigns wife is asked to forcibly resign , and word is spread that, you are terminated for no fault of yours , off late the arrogance of the management is beyond words , no job security. Only the ppl who match their whims and fancies survive.

Everything is controlled by HR , HR manager Ajit saxena manipulates things, the management being non doctors do not have decision of their own, chairman is impulsive and takes reckless decisions on basis of heresy, be ready to be told to leave suddenly, your reputation will be permanently damaged inspite of doing best work.

the building infrastructure is good, neat and clean.

Dislikes

you have to be a robot to work here, no personal privacy even after your office hours, be ready to have salary 2400 to 4000 less than mentioned in the offer letter as they will deduct their GPF contribution from your salary only which is exclusive of your contribution.
