My ex company is up growing company in the industry. But salary structure not modified. No fixed working hours. We are working in holidays like normal working days. Because everyone human have family but we are unable to time spent with family also we hurt our family expectations.

Policy makers and administration department must update rules of salary , compensation,perks , duty hours according to benchmark companies of this field

All durgapur company are very poor. They do not want spent a single rupee. Company shows very systematic but there is system. Very very high pressure. No support from senior. No support from company. Company dono have system.internal politics are very high.Senior donor have knowledge of product and market condition. Company management is zero and very very poor. Evary day they are new joining. Daily basis per condidate Regine company

Work culture is average, Totally Director driven company, HR is actually inactive, No extra benefit from company side towards employee, not good for grow.
