Here old employees not get proper package and have so much issues for distraction from main work and in every small small issues cut off amount on sallary and ta/da bills.

...ithout GST . But company pressure low level employees to sales material in GST . Very bad Salary slab and local Conveyance bill not passed timely . MD is a evil person .

If the salary of employee is very less here as compared to the company and proper marketing tools are not available for market functions like advertisement meeting etc.

It's good for technical background employees who wish to learn with an average salary and also working in poor conditions. But the higher management is terrible I don't know about others, but our team faced work politics.
