Second and fourth Saturday are holidays. Good leave structure. Good top level management.

Dislikes

...ep will be taken by recruiting team to onboard the employees regarding benefits. But once the candidate Joines no way related and everything they try to convince about the pay. My advice don’t join based on one persons communication and assurance.

Top management is very well experienced in their respective domains and our Chairman and the directors are all pioneers in the industry. Srinivasa has provided me a very good learning opportunity and supports any initiative that I take to implement. Company policies are excellent and this company provides an excellent work life balance. Definitely its a great place to work.

Worst team leading, there is no job security and management also not that much of Good with employees.

Dislikes

Too much of work pressure, one person should do all the things including field work also. There is a lot of politics and management doesn't care our issues, they need Their work completion first and I don't think there is a career growth.
