I started my career as a fresher at Srini Infotecth and I am glad to work with them as they have always provided me with timely guidance and necessary support required in shaping my skills. My mentor, Srinivas, has always provided me with the knowledge and skills required to be a perfect programmer and a good team player. Constant mentoring by the leader along with an open culture and employee friendly policy structure has made me an integral part of this beautiful organization.
